His is Sandra, Simon’s wife posting. I’m being treated in the Santa Monica location for Achilles tendinitis. The healing is slow due to my age and injury but the care here is exceptional. The doctors and staff are great and there is a variety of treatment options. I’m on the road to recovery.

I truly appreciate the care I get at University Foot and Ankle...you have excellent Doctors and staff who do their jobs with care and efficiency, including not making patients wait forever to be served! dr. Briskin has been my doctor for years and hopefully for years more.!!!

It seems there were errors in submitting referrals - when I didn't receive any I inquired with my PCP with whom I had a physical and they submitted for them.

Also, and not specific to this clinic is the random assignment to referrals within a radius and not the closest provider to the patient's home address.

Also, I was given the DME and no body showed me how to use it, what to feel for, no instructions in terms of what I can and can't do (um, like DRIVE) so this seems to be a gaping hole in the system that requires buttoning up.

I am grateful to have a reliably positive experience with every visit. Dr Briskin has taken excellent care of me and my family for decades and Dr Naei has taken wonderful care of me when Dr Briskin was not available.

I adore Dr Gary Briskin. I have been seeing him for years and would never let anybody else touch my feet. Lol. I have recommended him to all my friends looking for a great Podiatrist. Also, his office is always polite, courteous, and generally on time.

I’m a patient for food&ankle institue more than 2 years because of my work related injury Dr Barabian and her staff always taking care of me and being helpfully and I was so happy to be have them until they have a assistant her name is Giuliana Defilippi…
Somehow I waited my insoles ordered since March to September and I find out it was never requested…
I contacted with my company and set up everything and called send email and didn’t get any responds…
Finally I make a appointment with Dr Barabian and explained him what’s going on and finally very things set up…
I understand everyone makes mistakes than I went fallow up visit and she has to same mean additute I asked him why you are mean to me what I did to you ??? I apologize for what ever I did but this should be end…
Anyway I don’t know maybe I’m unlucky patient and come across to her when she has bad time…
I never think about say anything because I know we all need job and have family to take care of it…
You guys ask I tell…
I hope I’m the only one who has the misunderstanding or getting her mean side and she doesn’t make your company looks bad for others…

Dr. "Hoda" is wonderful as a professional and also with a great personality ........ FYI .... "Hoda" means ... "right guidence" ......

Besides asking for feed back via text, you should also ask via email, that way you will possibility increase feedback insomuch as not everyone are "cell-phone-people" ...... :):)

My concern/issue was addressed/solved on the first visit. Doctors were approachable, communicating and called back in response to the query I had. Staff was extremely attentive, courteous and able to help with my portal questions

I thought Dr. Briskin was great! Good review of my foot issues and overall health, and explained his diagnosis very logically with a solid recommendation to seek remedy.
Would go back for any further issues and would recommend him tonothers.
