The custom made shoe inserts are very helpful. My one complaint is that the office told me I could come by and a technician would fit them (I was busy in court as a judge), but when I got there, I was told doctor had to fit. Doctor. Bob not there. I just took the inserts.

I wish I could remember every staff member’s name who helped me over the phone. The receptionist/assistant who took my first few calls in July was patient, friendly and listened carefully. Ultimately, someone named Alex made the arrangements for my project, coordinating with your lab. He was very helpful, too. I love my refurbished orthotics as much as I loved them originally. I was anxious about doing this by mail/phone rather than in person. I wish I still had access to your care because my local podiatry care is not great.
