It was fine. I just really don’t like doing surveys!! It’s a new pervasive annoyance. It’s as if no one has the confidence to just do good work and enjoy that satisfaction.
I will say that I found it to be a real time suck that in order for me to do the prescribed PT for my injury I was unable to use the Drs PT facility. Reason is that it would have been a big out of pocket extra cost for me. That was a really bad thing.
Ultimately I did go to UCLA campus PT and loved my therapist.

You guys are phenomenal in every way. Your office is like clock work, so professional and on top of everything. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful -- from the surgery coordinator, to the surgery center and the doctors office in Sherman Oaks. Dr. Baravarian is an amazing doctor -- I always feel like I'm in great hands. I'm lucky that I got to do both of my bunion surgeries with him.

The doctor and staff was friendly, but the Sherman oaks waiting room was overcrowded and the dr never spent more than 4 minutes with me. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions or wanted more details about my condition.

University Foot and Ankle, and Dr Baravarian in particular, are great. But please, this reviewing every appt....it's really too much.
And you'll have to forgive me, but...every medical practice doing the same is too much to begin with.
But now? All kinds of businesses want my review after I've been there, for any reason, at any time.
I mean, CVS for instance. I get it, that after using their pharmacy, they want to be sure things are going right. But after any instance that I've been in CVS? I was in CVS to buy a package of toilet paper, and I got a request for review...
So, back to UFA...I've been a patient there for 25 years. And I've further brought in all the members of my family and over the years they've become regular, return patients. We have never gone to other podiatrists. Why would we? We love these guys.

My daughter had her wart on her foot frozen. Dr Bavarian is great and would highly recommend. My only negative is the cost. They charged us almost $300 and I have insurance that should have covered most of the cost.

When doctor is done you are on your own No info ever volunteered by desk staff & of you ask they seem miffed. I thought Dr. referred me to p.t. but desk staff seemed annoyed when i asked if they had the referral (nobody gave me paperwork)
When i came early to appt. i waited in empty waiting room then came to empty desk and ended up being late to appt. bc original desk person did not care to tell me it was in a different location.
