I have a very knowledgeable and excellent doctor. He truly knows what he’s doing when it comes to the feet and has excellent recommendations. The only thing I would really like is if I didn’t feel rushed out of there I know that this is a very busy office and they move quickly through patients, but that would be my one improvement.

Two years ago, I had the laser treatments on my toenails. Follow ups are rather unnecessary. I drive 45 minutes, one way, in traffic to spend five minutes with doctor for him to tell me to come back in six months.
I’d much prefer to have an annual meeting with the doctor and the just by one years worth of the fungal gel for maintenance.

I like my doctor who is super nice. It’s kinda weird how he talks to a dude on an iPad but hey - you gotta do what you gotta do. I hope my doc works his magic and gets rid of my foot cyst forever and ever.

I am so grateful for the cryosurgery for my mortons neuroma. It was a quick, easy and very professional procedure. It's definitely working, each week I can feel it getting smaller. Pain is down by 80% and I'm confident it will be gone eventually. Thank you so much!

Dr. Bob Baravarian was truly a lifesaver for me. I was in excruciating pain in my left foot. A random gentleman at the pool felt my pain and recommended Dr. Bob to me. I got in within a day to see him, and was told that I had acute arthritis in both of my feet and if I did not take care of it, I would become crippled within a few short years. A second Dr. backed up this diagnosis, and also highly recommended Dr. Bob for this particular surgery. 2 surgeries were successfully completed, each costing me 2 months in non-weight bearing casts.  Fast forward to over a year later, I feel like I got 10 years of my life back. I am strong, balanced, very active and happy. I want to give a shout out to his physical therapy staff as well. Gray O' Brian  was patient, tough but encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. The Dr's assistants, technicians, and office staff were also always professional, friendly and wonderful to work with.  Thank you to you all.

I want to comment on the professional and excellent care I received from the staff of UFAI.  Dr. Bob Baravarian and Dr. Milad Aldoo reviewed my case, which was a non-union of my subtalar ankle fusion.  The only option I had from my surgeon was a "revisit surgery" which would have required performing the same surgery again and waiting out the 6 months to one year healing process.  My wife did some research to come up with potential options to surgery.  She discovered Dr. Bob and he developed a plan of Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) injections and soft wave tissue regeneration therapy in the non-union joint.   Well it worked!  After 3 PRP injections and 4 soft wave treatments my fusion has healed and I can resume my normal activities again.  It's been 22 month since my initial surgery so I am thrilled to have this outcome! Many thanks go out to Br. Bob and Dr. Adloo, as well their staff, for giving my mobility back again!

Everyone from the surgery planner to Dr. Bob has been spectacular with me, explaining the procedure needed to fix my foot, helping me in the surgical center, and the pre-op and post-op appointments.
Next, I’ll be back to have stitches removed. Then I’m looking forward to one more surgery necessary to complete the work on this foot.
I felt comfortable going through this surgery because I have confidence that Dr Bob and his staff are knowledgeable about these surgical procedures and sensitive to my needs.

Staff has been limited due to my HMO insurance. Referral is supposed to be completed - approved - today. I made an appointment for physical therapy for Friday at the University foot and ankle. I’ve been having a lot of pain. I don’t really know what to do in the meantime, except put the cream on that the doctor recommended.
