The staff was great. It just takes a bit longer to even get in as you have to call and wait outside to be let in. If they don't pick up the phone, you have to keep calling to get a person and then wait to be let inside.

Dr. Briskin is a very knowledgeable and accommodating doctor. My only complaint is that the University’s front desk staff tend to misplace patient information quite easily. In multiple instances I’ve had to go over my insurance information with them time and time again.

The waiting room was crowded people weren't 6 feet away and a patient was waiting behind me. I stead of waiting at a distance. I filled out my paper wrk and waited outside when I could.

I came back for my follow up and the staff wouldn’t let me go in. They said I needed prior authorization which I don’t. If they’d called me I could have straightened it out and been able to keep my appointment. Disappointing as I liked Dr Briskin
