Overall the experience was good. Dr. Briskin worked with me till we found the right fit for the orthotics which I really appreciated. There was no guilt, just a sense of let’s figure this out together.

I always feel at home when I come into UFAI. The staff is very friendly and eager and able to take care of the reasons for my visits. They are careful and efficient with my care. It is always quick and thoughtful care that I am given. I feel like an old friend - even sometimes, a part of the family.

No problems or complaints at all. Very positive. I had a very short wait time before getting into a room, and Dr Briskin came in very quickly. I was in and out in a short amount of time. Highly recommend this office.

I went to University Foot and Ankle because they have many technical medical tools to address foot and ankle problems. Dr. Briskin diagnosed and treated my problem on my first visit. The treatment was effective and enduring. He is also very skillful in toenail trimming. Toe nail trimming may not seem like a big deal, but he was more effective than a previous doctor.

I've been seeing Dr Briskin for a few months in the treatment of plantar fasciitus. I've nearly recovered and I greatly appreciate the time and care he took to explain things to me and put me a great treatment recovery plan. I highly recommend him.

I'm frustrated as the orthotics that were made for me were made very poorly and had to be sent back after only wearing for a couple of days. I was told it would be a rush and take couple of weeks. It's looking at more like a month, as I they haven't been completed.
