Aside from incorrect travel directions to the Agoura location from the answering service - that made me too late for the first appointment, which I had to reschedule, things are going well. It would be better, however, to reach the office directly without having to engage in lengthy conversations with an off-site receptionist.

I was a patient of Dr. Kelman's before he joined UFAI. I really like him and his office staff are fantastic. However, not being able to call their office directly, having to leave a message with the phone service, is extremely frustrating. I recently had foot surgery, and I had a quick follow-up question for Dr. Kelman - I sat on hold for 20 minutes with the switchboard, got disconnected once and then did not get called back until late the next day. I almost switched doctors because of these type of issues with not being called back and not being able to reach the office. I highly suggest that you allow patients to call the office directly if they are in the middle of scheduling surgery or dealing with follow-up from surgery.

Great! Thank you! I will be coming back to continue treatment. Dr. Feldman and his staff were perfect. The atmosphere in the office was friendly and relaxed which made me relax. Everyone was very attentive, you can't ask for more than that!
