My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Briskin for YEARS and love his work. He and his staff are professional and very helpful. They try to be timely and value my time. We come from about 2 hours (morning traffic) away because he is so good.

Need to clearly communicate to the patient how driving will be impacted and how much recovery time before driving again. It was not communicated before my surgery, and I didn't think to ask until one week prior, almost canceled for obvious reasons. Otherwise everyone has been great. Thanks!

It was a pretty basic visit, got a quick diagnosis, everything was fine. I did notice that the x-ray technician wasn't particularly engaged and was on a phone call while he was setting up my x-ray. I don't expect first class service or anything but it did seem like he could have paid more attention to what he was doing instead of being on the phone ;)

The evaluation of my foot condition was very helpful. DR. Briskin helped me to understand both the surgical options for treatment as well as the practical adjustments to make walking easier and less painful. I came to him for a 2nd opinion and will return to him for surgery when that becomes necessary.

Came in a few minutes later, performed procedure on my foot and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Unbelievable efficiency Love it

After mri had to wait and radiologist didn’t read after I waited. That was Tuesday and today is Thursday but still no call from doctor with results. Not happy. Rate this commitment a 3 with my understanding .

You need a phone in your El Segundo office. it's so inconvenient not being able to call if you're running late or if you need to change your appointment. I don't like going through the Santa Monica office. At least get a dedicated cell phone.

I just wanted to say that, since day one I have been treated very well! from the day I made my reservation with Fabiola and Nancy the impression and feeling I got was pleasant! The inside Doctor's staff have taking care of my needs. Doctor Briskins has taking care of me from day one and I felt the connection as a patient when he took care of my foot and they all kept me well informed about the process of my surgery and recovery and continue to follow up with my therapy. I have nothing but great reviews for the Doc's Team! I highly commend this office team for great customer and patient service. with that in mind, please don't forget to celebrate them. I was a bit disappointed with the prep communication as I wasn't told that I needed to see my primary care physician for a surgical release until 3 days prior to my surgery. It seems that this should have been communicated to me about a month out. I looked through emails and found nothing in writing as a reminder. I will acknowledge that she might have told me verbally in April (4 months earlier), at which time I had just seen the doctor and had recent blood work.
