    Dr. Feldman and his office staff do a wonderful professional job in dealing with patients. This is consistent and I have referred 2 friends to him already.

    What is not at the same professional level is the call center now making the appointments. That's where you should focus improvement.

    I have never had to wait more than 4-5 minutes and someone was in the room right away for one reason or another, so appointments are quick and informative.
