Dr. Baravarian was not only very diligent about my procedure (cryo-ablation), and when he received email from me that it did not work, he engaged in multiple emails on a Sunday to discuss alternative next steps and converged into what he thought was the best step -- neuroma excision surgery. He offered to perform it whenever I was ready. My overall confidence in his capability is very good, matched what I've seen on the UFAI website. I'll most likely take this next step although I'm a bit far away, in Santa Barbara. The staff at UFAI is similarly excellent, which is very important because they represent the patient's interface to UFAI. Please continue to do all this great work!

Great X-ray facility. Assistants are knowledgeable. They need to improve their billing system. Not happy with texted receipt for payment of needed equipment. Not printable. I was then billed for same equipment even though I had already paid for it.

I'm very pleased with Dr Jafary. He did a fabulous job of reconstruction on my foot. I waited too long for the surgery, it should have been done years ago. The arthritis made the foot get so bad I couldn't fit into closed shoes and could only wear sandals. I tripped over uneven cement and fell wearing sandals. Then I realized I needed to get foot surgery. Now I can wear cute safe and comfortable shoes.

Such a stellar staff overall, friendly, courteous and efficient. Dr. Gina and the PT staff, Gray and Lydia are outstanding in their treatment and educational approaches. The administrative support (front desk- reception area) are very kind and professional.

I have been well taken care of by Drs Briskin and Naei who have made every effort to make my medical problem heal and to make me comfortable. They also keep me informed as to how they see my condition and what can be done to improve it.

The clinic is very clean, organized, and well equipped . The staff are very friendly and helpful.
