I love the care I receive, I was disappointed however in that my insurance was ending at the end of September, and I requested numerous times that my new custom orthotics be submitted to my insurance before the end of the month, and they were not submitted until the 3rd or so of October. They were denied. I had already paid my deposit and now won't have my orthotics... Otherwise, I love the care I receive at your office. Valerie McDermott

I think you should have an individual phone line for your office here I think it's very difficult to get through when it has to go through another office far away but your staff is very nice and your doctor is fantastic the only problem was it that when I ordered the Orthotics it took four and a half weeks to get it and I've had other experiences that it only took two two and a half and I was really needing them sooner cuz my feet were really bad but the quality of my orthotics are fantastic so all-in-all I would give you a score of 8 + and I would definitely recommend you

Dr. Franson is warm and friendly without being sentimental; he took his time reading my MRI film and discovered an additional injury, and was able to calmly explain it and the surgery required to repair it. He spoke to me just before the surgery and then called me at home later that night to make sure I was ok. Two acquaintances spoke very highly about Dr. Franson and I understand why.

I went to several podiatrist before I found Dr Franson. I’m very picky about drs and by far he is one of the best! He takes the time to really figure out what’s going on and then makes a strategy to fix it. The people in his office are very personable and get to know each patient. Would highly recommend this practice!!
