My ONLY complaint was that I had to fill out all my data 3 weeks after I had my first appointment and had submitted the same data. The email link I received before the recent appointment directed me to a link (which didn't open) that I presume was to fill it all out again at home. I realize your office had changed your software but to need to fill out EVERYTHING was annoying.
Otherwise I had a very pleasant experience - and I feel for your staff who had to endure this change over.

I am a retired R.N. Have suffered painful problems for many years .always treated successfully by my Podiatrist, Dr Gary Briskin. My latest problem , I injured my .big toe ripping the nail partially from its bed. Dr Briskin ‘s care and expertise resulted in my not losing the nail. Thank you Dr Briskin!

Dr Naei shows so much care and sympathy for her profession. Dr Naei has an incredible disposition and a beautiful aura! Dr Naei is true gift to Southern Californians. Great job Dr Brisken on bringing Dr Naei to your prestigious practice!!!

I have been coming here for years and usually see Dr. Gary Briskin. He wasn't available, so I saw Dr. Hoda Naei for an ankle issue. She is INCREDIBLE! So friendly, caring, explains everything in detail and provides exceptional patient care. Her medical assistant Erica was wonderful as well!

Dr. Gina Nalbadian was amazing!! I came in with an emergency foot situation and she had wonderful bedside manner and resolved my injury with expertise and care. So grateful to her. Would highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Nalbadian!

I was frustrated that after 3 weeks I still hadn’t heard back about my PT referral status. And I did sit in a room for over 30 minutes before being seen without any indication it might take that long when I went for my 2nd appointment. That said, the staff and doctors are great.

Signing up for your portal was over the top challenging for me as an Elder- non techie. Your staff at the front desk said they would be glad to help next time I come in or stop by. So, for now, I have no way to communicate, except by phone.

Unfortunately due to Covid, I didn’t come in to get new orthotics earlier. So when I did returned, I was considered a new patient. My replacement orthotics weren’t covered. I had no idea they are almost $500. I was too embarrassed to say something. I’m super happy that my feet issues was healed but I wish the staff would have warned me about the cost of the orthotics before I came in. I wouldn’t have gotten them. The orthotics are to prevent any future problems. I have no issue currently. I won’t be returning unless I have another foot related problem.

i'm so happy that I found this office and I definitely like the entire staff. I'm happy that I had met Dr. Bavarian. one thing I really like is that if you have a question they get back to you quickly
