    I tried to reschedule my follow up appointment and I was told it would be over 1 month for an opening. Is the office that busy that I have to wait 1 month for the next available opening? So, I cancelled the appointment. Is this office too busy? Looks like it.

    Dr Franson and his immediate staff are still the best. Unfortunately, your main call center is not up to par with Dr Franson and his office. It’s difficult to understand the person that answered the phone, she was not helpful in getting me to speak to one of the people in the office, And it’s not a good representation of who Dr Franson in his office is

    I recently had foot surgery by Dr Jafary. Not only is he knowledgeable but also he’s such a great guy! Also, the staff at the Valencia office were super helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend University Foot and Ankle enough!
