Professional at the same time personable! Dr. Fanson is awesome...his responding by email when you have a question, is refreshing. All doctors should be doing it. It makes for quicker response and less frustration. My only negative comment is when you call the office, you get a main operator for all the UFAI ‘s instead of the one you are using.

I really feel comfortable placing my troubles with severe Plantar Fasciitis in the the good hands of Dr. Franson. When I was last in to see him, I felt like I couldn’t “unload” all my troubles because I knew he had a tight schedule. When I expressed my reservations, he leaned back in his chair, crossed his arms and told me to “swing away! Take all the time you need.” He really makes me feel like he listens to my specific concerns. When I’ve had to email him with follow up questions, sometimes more than once, he always responds in a reasonable amount of time. He doesn’t promise the moon. Instead, he offers pragmatic expectations and provides his honest opinion on which treatment to peruse for my unique situation. I trust him!

Professional and kind staff. Dr. Franson seemed very knowledgeable. I was given a corrective toe splint to wear, but wasn't given instructions as to how long to wear, etc., so felt just a little rushed. But I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Franson is a wonderful doctor and takes great care of his patients. He truly listens to your concerns and takes great care of you. This is my second surgery with him and he does fabulous work. His office staff is kind, friendly and nurturing. They go out of their way to make you feel cared for. I would highly recommend Dr. Franson to anyone who needs a top notch podiatric doctor. He is the best!
